Milk as required

Cooking Time: 20 min


Boil Milk in a thick-bottomed pan and add palada payasam mix to the boiling milk.

Stir well and cook approx 15 minutes till it thickness to the right consistency.

Add 1 tablespoon of ghee and stir again Instant Palada Payasam is ready! You can serve it hot or chilled, according to your preference.
