Greek Yogurt - 3/4th cup
Wheat flour - 1cup
Milk - 1/4th cup (Adjust based on requirement)
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 1/4th tsp
Sugar - 2tsp
Egg - 2no
Chopped fruits or nuts of your choice - 2tsp
Butter - 4tsp

Cooking Time: 5 min
In a large bowl add yogurt, egg and blend well using a beater.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, chopped fruits, and nuts and mix well.
Now add the dry ingredients gradually to the wet ingredient mix by mixing
Add milk little by little to make a thin batter. ( Dosa batter consistency)
Heat a tawa on medium flame spray few drops of oil or butter add a ladle full of batter don’t spread it, let it cook on medium flame on both sides until brown.
