Millet Pasta - 1 cup

Milk - 3/4th cup

Carrot - 1/4th cup chopped

Capcicum - 1/4th cup chopped

Onion - 1/4th cup chopped

Garlic - 1tsp chopped

Peri peri seasoning - 2tsp

Butter - 3tsp

Maida - 3tsp

Salt - as required

Preparation Time: 20 min

Cooking Time: 15 min


Boil the water in large pan and add pasta, once cooked add few drops of oil to prevent sticking and drain in colander. Wash the pasta in running tap water to stop further cooking.

Take a pan add 2tsp of butter add chopped garlic and vegetables saute them for 5min.

In a separate pan put 1tsp of butter and add milk let it boil. In a bowl mix few tsp of milk with maida and add to the boiled milk with continuous stirring. The sauce is ready now.

Now mix the sauce and cooked pasta with the sautéed vegetables.

Add required salt and peri peri seasoning. Adjust the consistency by adding or reducing the milk. Serve hot.
