Wheat flour or multigrain flour - 1 cup
Crumbled Tofu - ½ cup
Cumin seeds (Jeera) - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tbsp
Garam masala - ½ tbsp
Coriander leaves - ½ cup
Salt
Water

In a bowl mix wheat flour, crumbled tofu, jeera seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and salt.
Add some water and keep kneading until you get the smooth dough. The dough should be tight and firm (not soft).
Make balls and roll the parathas semi-thick/ thin by dusting some dry flour.
Heat a tawa on medium heat and place the paratha and let it cook. Once you see bubbles, flip to the other side, drizzle some ghee or oil on top and cook until they have nice golden spots on both sides.
Serve Tofu paratha with curd/ raita / any gravy of your choice.
