Ingredients

1 cup milk

1 cup Greek yogurt

2-3 tablespoons corn starch

¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tablespoon rose syrup

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Pistachios

Preparation Time: 15 min

Cooking Time: 35 min

Method

In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt, cornstarch, condensed milk, and rose syrup until smooth and lump-free.

Pour into a cake pan or heat-safe container. Sprinkle cardamom powder and pistachios on top.

In a large steamer or wide pan, bring 2–3 cups of water to a boil. Place a stand or rack inside.

Set the cake pan on the stand. Cover with a plate or foil, then close the steamer lid. Steam for 30–35 minutes.

Check doneness by inserting a knife in the center, it should come out clean.

Remove, let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cut into slices and serve chilled.

Tip: Add more condensed milk if you prefer a sweeter taste.
