Mashed Potatoes Dip

Sweet Potatoes – ½ kg

Milk – 100 ml

Unsalted Butter – 200 gm (melted)

Fresh cream – ½ cup

Garlic (Minced) – 4 cloves

Salt – 1 tbsp


Water – As required

Preparation Time: 15 min

Cooking Time: 20 min


In a pan add water, salt, potatoes and boil it for 10 to 12 mins or until soft and drain out all of the water.

Peel the potatoes and mash them until it turns smooth and creamy and keep aside.

Heat the milk, then add fresh cream, salt and garlic. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes.

Pour the prepared mixture into the mashed potatoes, add melted butter and mix well. Season with pepper and dry herbs.

Serve with roasted / grilled vegetables of your choice.
