Banana (Frozen or fresh) - As required

Oats – 2 tbsp

Honey - 1tbsp

Greek Yogurt – 2 scoop

Fresh Milk – As required

Peanut butter - 1 tbsp

Ice Cubes - Optional

Preparation Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 5 min


Place all the ingredients in a blender blend until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency.

If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
