Corn starch - 1/4th cup
Sugar - 1/4th cup
Cinnamon powder - 1tsp
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Oil - Deep frying
Preparation Time: 150 min
Cooking Time: 15 min
Take milk and sugar in a heavy bottom pan and let it boil.
Mix cornstarch with a few teaspoons of milk and make a lump-free mixture.
Add the corn flour mixture into the milk and keep stirring on medium flame until thickens.
Pour the mixture into a flat container and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until sets firmly.
Cut the milk cake into small cubes.
Coat the cubes with corn flour slurry and roll over bread crumbs or oats.
Deep fry the cubes in hot oil until golden brown in color.
Sprinkle sugar powder and cinnamon powder over it and serve along with honey or Jam.
