Pottukadalai - 1 cup

Sugar - ¾ cup

Cardamom - 1 no

Ghee - ¼ cup

Cashew nuts - 8 no

Preparation Time: 20 min

Cooking Time: 5 min


Grind pottukadalai to a fine powder.

Then grind the sugar to a fine powder.

Heat the pan, add ghee and roast the cashew nuts until golden brown in colour.

Mix pottukadalai powder and sugar powder in a bowl.

Add hot ghee and cashew mixture

Then mix and make small sized balls.

You can add extra ghee if needed to make firm balls.
