Cinnamon Milk is a simple, soothing Indian home remedy that has been passed down through generations. Made by mixing warm milk with cinnamon, pepper, elaichi, and a drizzle of honey, this comforting drink has long been used to heal colds, improve digestion, and calm the body before sleep, a cup that feels like warmth, care, and childhood, all in one.

Ingredients

1–2 tsp honey

1 cup milk

½ tsp cinnamon powder

¼ tsp pepper powder

¼ tsp elaichi powder

Preparation Time: 3 min

Cooking Time: 3 min

Method

Heat a cup of milk until it’s hot & nicely steaming.

In a mug, add cinnamon powder, pepper powder, elaichi powder, and honey.

Pour the hot milk in and stir.

That’s it! Your cosy, comforting Cinnamon Milk is ready. Sip it before bed, during work, or whenever life feels too spicy.

Tip: Want it sweeter? Add more honey.

Tip: Not a fan of pepper? Skip it, the milk won’t mind.
