Dry roast the ingredients mentioned for masala until a nice aroma comes.
Grind the roasted ingredients into a fine powder and keep aside.
Add ghee in a frying pan, and add finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute until golden brown.
Add the washed and chopped chicken pieces and sauté for a few minutes.
Now add the ground masala powder and sprinkle the required amount of salt.
Mix it well. Cover and cook for 15 minutes at medium flame.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
