Sugar - 4 tbsp
Water - 1 ¼ cup
Tea powder - 2 tbsp
A dash of vanilla extract

Cooking Time: 10 min
Add the sugar into a saucepan with a tbsp of water, cook in simmer until sugar melts and caramelize.
As soon as the sugar gets a good amber color, add the water and bring it to heat with continuous stirring.
Add the tea powder and allow it to boil till strong.
Add the milk and allow it to boil for a minute. Switch off the gas and add the vanilla essence.
Strain the chai and serve hot with some biscuit!
