Apple – 1 cup

Carrot – 1cup

Cashews – 2tbsp

Beetroot malt – 2tbsp

Honey – 2tbsp

Almonds – 2tbsp

Milk – 1cup

Preparation Time: 10 min

Cooking Time: 5 min


To prepare this immunity-boosting smoothie, wash the Apple and carrot under running water.

Next, peel and roughly chop them.

In a blending jar add chopped apple, carrot, Beetroot malt and honey.

Add the milk to the jar and blend everything until it's completely smooth.

Now, roughly chop the cashews and almonds, and keep aside.

Transfer the smoothie to a glass and add these nuts over it, and enjoy.
