Preparation Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 60 min
In a pan, boil milk, let it simmer for about 15 to 25 minutes.
Once the milk starts to thicken, keep mixing it. Creamy milk solids may settle on the sides of the pan. Make sure to mix it in, for a thicker and creamy flavor.
Once the milk turns into a creamy consistency, add jaggery. Mix well until it melts completely.
Finally garnish with chopped nuts of your choice.
Turn off the heat and let the Basundi cool down to room temperature.
Now delicious Basundi is ready to be served.
