3 Frozen parota
Onion - 1
Capsicum - ¼ cup
Garlic crushed - 5 to 6
Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 3
Coriander - 3 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Sambar powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
Tomato chilli sauce - 1 tsp
1 teaspoon Soya sauce
Salt as required
Spring onion - 2 tsp
Grated carrot - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Preparation Time: 15 min
Cooking Time: 15 min
Toast parota first as usual to golden brown in a pan and cool down.
After that, cut into desired size pieces.
Heat a broad non stick pan with oil.
Add the crushed garlic, ginger and slit green chillies continue frying until garlic is fragrant.
Then add cubed onion and capsicum, saute until translucent.
After that, add spice powders, sauces and a sprinkle of salt to balance all the taste.
Parota already might be having salt. Give it a quick mix.
Add chopped parota. Toss well to coat everything.
Finally switch off the stove and add coriander, grated carrot and spring onion.
Serve Hot and Enjoy with your family.
