Probiotic curd - 1cup
Carrot - 3tsp grated
Mini idlis - 20-25 pcs
Mustard - half tsp
Urad dhal - half tsp
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - few

Make mini idlis in an idly pot or cut the normal idly into small cubes.
In a small pan heat the oil, add mustard, urad dal, and curry leaves.
Mix the tempering with curd.
Arrange idlis on a plate and pour curd over it. Then add the grated carrot and coriander leaves over it and serve.
