Refreshing Rose Lassi: Blend yogurt, water, sugar, and ice. Garnish with rose petals. A floral twist to classic lassi.

Curd/yogurt - 500 grams Chilled

Sugar - 2 tsp

Water - 1/2 cup

Rose syrup - 4 tsp

Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

Dried rose petals - 5

Pistachios - 7 Chopped

Preparation Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 10 min


In a large bowl or clay pot, add curd/yogurt and whisk until smooth and creamy.

Next add powdered sugar, rose syrup, and water, whisk until well combined and frothy.

Add cardamom powder and give it a good whisk.

Drizzle rose syrup on the sides of the serving glass to create a random pattern and pour the lassi.

You may add a few ice cubes if you like.

Garnish with pistachios and dried rose petals.

Serve and enjoy immediately.
