Idiyappam flour – 1cup
Water - 1Cup
Oil – 1tsp
Salt - As required
Preparation Time: 20 min
Cooking Time: 15 min
Heat one cup of water in a heavy bottom pan. Add oil and salt and let the water boil.
Then add the idiyappam flour with constant stirring. Stir cook on low flame for two min. Switch off the flame and cover it with the lid.
After 5-10 min knead the cooked flour into a soft dough.
Take small ball sized dough and roll it with rolling pin. (Like we do for chapathi)
Heat the pan and cook the rolled pathris evenly on both the sides.
Apply some ghee/oil over it and serve hot along with your favorite curry.
