Paneer - 200grams
Chili powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Butter - 4tsp

Make a paste of all the ingredients except paneer and butter in a bowl by adding little water.
Cut the paneer into cubes.
Marinate the paneer cubes in masala and let them sit for 30min.
Roast the marinated paneer with butter in a pan at low flame.
