Tomatoes - 4 (finely chopped)

Cashew Paste - 1⁄4 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste -1 ts
Big Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Fresh Cream - 1⁄4 cup
Roasted Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)
Garam Masala - 1⁄2 tsp

Cooking Time: 25 min
To a grinding jar add tomatoes, green chilies, coriander powder, and Kashmiri chili powder, Grind till it reaches a smooth paste.
Heat a frying pan on medium flame.
Add butter, next add paneer cubes to the melted butter.
Spread some salt and chili powder over paneer cubes.
Toast for 2 minutes and remove the paneer from the pan set aside.
Next, heat a kadai on medium flame and add butter and spices (cloves, Cinnamon, bay leaf, cumin, cardamoms), and saute well.
Add chopped onions, saute well until golden colour.
After that add ginger garlic paste, ground tomato paste and salt. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add sugar and cashew paste.
Cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, when the gravy starts to leave the pan add 1 cup of water and salt if required.
Finally, add toasted paneer cubes to the gravy and add fresh cream, roasted Kasuri methi, garam masala.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
