Pala Thaniya Adai mix - 250 grams
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 2
Red onion – 1 chopped
Sesame oil – 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 brig
Asafoetida- 1 pinch

Cooking Time: 10 min
Take Pala thaniya dai mix open and sieve well in a dry vessel.
Add Red chili powder, Black pepper, Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Asafoetida, Salt.
Add water to and bring it to the dosa batter consistency and let it rest for an hour.
In a pan add oil, after that add chopped onion and curry leaves, saute well.
Mix the sauteed onion into the batter..
Heat a dosa tawa ,apply oil and pour the adai batter into a thick dosa shape.
Let the adai cook on medium flame until the edges turn crisp. Then flip it to the other side and cook until golden brown.
serve hot with coconut chutney.
