Oats - 1 cup
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Butter - Half cup
Brown Sugar - 3/4th cup
Baking Powder - 1/4th tsp
Nuts (Cashew, almond) - 1/4th cup chopped
Salt - 1/4th tsp

Cooking Time: 20 min
Place the butter and brown sugar in a bowl and beat until creamy and fluffy. Then add the honey and beat for 2-3 min.
Now add the oats, wheat flour, salt, baking powder and nuts in a separate bowl mix them well then add into the wet ingredients.
Now gently mix the wet and dry ingredients to form a soft dough. Don't knead them hard.
Now take the ball sized dough and roll between your palm and flatten it to form a cookie shape. The cookies shouldn't be too thin. Similarly make the cookies with remaining dough and arrange them in a baking tray.
Preheat the oven for 5 min and place the baking tray inside the oven. Bake the cookies at 180 deg C for 20 min. (if u want crispier cookies u can bake for 22min)
Take the cookies out from the oven and let them cool for few min.
Serve the healthy cookies along with hot cup of tea or coffee.
