Multimillet Adai Dosa

Ingredients

Oil – As required

Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Gram dal – 1 tsp

Onion – 2 chopped

Chilli – 1 chopped

Curry leaves – few

Multimillet Adai Dosa flour – 1 cup

Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp

Asafoetida – ½ tsp

Salt – As required

Preparation Time: 15 min

Cooking Time: 10 min

Method

In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, mustard seeds once it splutters add gram dal, jeera, onion, chillies, curry leaves and shallow fry everything and keep aside.

In a bowl take required amount of adai dosa flour, salt then pour little water enough to make a batter. Cover and rest for 10 mins.

Transfer fried ingredients into an adai dosa batter and mix well eventually.

Grease a pan with little oil spread the batter in to a dosa, thick or thin to suit your liking. Add ghee or oil as desired. When it is cooked, the edges loosen from the pan.

Turn it and cook on the other side. Cook till the adai turns crisp.

Healthiest adai dosa is ready! Serve hot with coconut chutney and enjoy.
