Garlic cloves - 4 grated

Onion - 1 chopped fine

Capsicum - 1 finely chopped

Carrot - 1 thinly sliced

Broccoli - ½ cup

Capsicum - 1/2 cup thinly sliced

Vegetable stock - 4 cups

Millet noodles - 1 pack

Butter - 2 tsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Water - 1 cup

Tomato ketchup (sweet and spicy) - 2 tsp

Paneer - 100 grams cubed

Corn flour - 1 tsp

Preparation Time: 15 min

Cooking Time: 25 min


Add butter and roast the garlic and onion in a pan, until brown.

Then add the chopped veggies and stir cook on high flame until the vegetables are half cooked.

Add vegetable stock water in a separate pan and bring it to a boil. Add noodles and salt, cook it for 10-15 minutes or until the noodles soften.

Then add the stir cooked veggies, paneer and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add the tastemaker that comes with the noodle pack and tomato ketchup.

Mix the Corn flour with a little water in a small bowl to make a slurry.

Add the corn flour slurry to the soup once it has cooled slightly and mix the soup gently to make it uniformly thick.

Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle pepper powder and enjoy.
