Oil – 4 tsp
Onion – 1 sliced
Millet noodles – 1 pack
Chopped garlic – 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli – 1 nos
Carrot – 1 chopped
Beans – 2 chopped
Capsicum – Half chopped
Salt – As per taste
Water – 3 cups
Red chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Spring onion – 1 tsp

Cooking Time: 20 min
In a large vessel take 3 cup water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and boil it for 3 mins.
Once the water comes to a boil, place a pack of millet noodles and cook for 3 mins. (Refer package instructions to know the exact cooking time.)
Drain off the water from noodles and pour 1 cup of cold water to prevent from further cooking.
Drizzle 1 tsp oil and mix gently to avoid noodles from sticking to each other. keep aside.
In a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute garlic, ginger, chilli, onion on high flame.
Then add carrot, capsicum, beans and stir fry on high flame for 2 minutes or until veggies are cooked yet retain their crunch.
Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, ¼ tsp pepper powder and ½ tsp salt and stir well until combined.
Add boiled noodles, toss and mix until noodles and sauced veggies are mixed well.
Finally, garnish with spring onion and enjoy millet noodles.
