Millet flakes - 1 cup
Roasted chana Dal - ½ cup
Peanut - 1/2 cup
Cashew - ½ cup
Curry leaves - 1/3 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic - 10 nos
Mustard - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - As required
Oil - 3 tsp
Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 15 min
In a pan Roast millet flakes for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame and keep aside.
In a pan heat 3 tsp of oil then add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, Garlic, 1tsp of cumin seeds and add ½ cup of peanut and cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
Add turmeric, chilli powder, curry leaves and salt at low flame.
Now add roasted cashew, chana dal, flakes then mix gently to coat well with masala.
Healthiest snack is ready serve with hot cup of coffee.
