About Recipe

What is yogurt bark?

Yogurt is a creamy, tangy dairy product made by fermenting milk with good bacteria that help digestion, similar to curd. It has been enjoyed for centuries, and it was originally used to preserve milk and aid digestion. Frozen yogurt emerged in the 20th century as a healthier alternative to ice cream, with "Frogurt" gaining popularity in the late 1970s. In recent years, simple treats like yogurt bark have become a favorite healthy snack around the world.
