Onion - 3 medium size (finely chopped)
Tomato - 2 medium size (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Cumin – 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 3 tsp
Garam masala – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Oil - 3 tsp
Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 20 min
Cook three eggs in boiling water for 7min. Peel them once they're cooled.
Grate the boiled eggs in a vegetable grater and keep them aside.
Place the frying pan on medium flame and add oil. Once the oil is hot add cumin and let it splutter.
Add finely chopped onion saute for a few minutes add the ginger garlic paste and saute till the onion turns golden brown in color.
Now add the tomato and saute until mushy.
Add chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix it well.
Crack two eggs in a bowl and beat well. Add the egg mix and grated egg into the pan and mix
Pour half a cup of water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes at medium flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve along with chapati, dosa, etc.
