Curd – 200 g Hung Curd
Pepper - as required
Salt - as required
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Corn - 1 cup (Boiled)
Butter - 50 gms
Bread - 4 slices
Carrot - 1
Capsicum - 1 cup (Chopped)
Green Chilly - 2 (Chopped)
Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 5 min
In a bowl, add curd, salt, pepper and all veggies, and mix it well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Take a slice of bread, spread the curd mix and place another bread slice on top.
Now Apply butter on both sides of the bread sandwich.
Then toast the bread sandwich.
Serve hot and enjoy.
