Cream cheese -1/2 cup
Bread - 6 slices
Onion - 1 medium size (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1medium size (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1 medium size (finely chopped)
Salt - as required
Chilli flakes - 1tsp
Mix cream cheese with all the veggies, salt, and chili flakes.
Spread 2 tsp of the cream cheese mixture over bread.
Cover it with another piece of bread.
Cut the corners of the bread and enjoy.
