Briya's Tofu - 200g

Corn flour - 4tsp

Pepper - half tsp

Salt - as required

Oil - as required

Onion - 1 medium size (cut into cubes)

Capsicum - 1 small size (cut into cubes)

Garlic - 1tsp chopped

Tomato sauce - 1tsp

Preparation Time: 30 min

Cooking Time: 15 min


Cut the tofu into cubes. In a bowl mix 3tsp of corn flour, pepper, and salt. Coat the tofu with that corn flour mix.

Shallow fry the coated tofu cubes in a pan at medium flame until golden brown.

In a pan add one teaspoon oil once it's heated add chopped garlic, onion, and capsicum. saute them on high flame for a minute.

Now add a tsp of tomato sauce.

Make corn flour slurry by mixing one tsp of corn flour with 1/4th cup of water and add into the pan.

Stir continuously until thick.

Now mix the fried tofu cubes into the mix and cook for few minutes and serve.
