Here is a simple recipe for delicious cheese balls that make a perfect evening snack for you and your family!
Rice flour - 2 cup
All-purpose flour - ⅓ cup
Baking powder - ½ tsp
Sugar - ¼ cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Butter - 20g
Hot water - 170ml
Mozzarella cheese - 100g grated
Cheese - 1 cup seasoning
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Preparation Time: 60 min
Cooking Time: 20 min
In a bowl, mix rice flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, butter and hot water. Knead the dough with your hand.
Divide the dough, then roll it and make it a round-shaped dough.
Cover the cheese ball dough with a wet towel to prevent the dough from drying out.
Weigh the mozzarella cheese about 6-8g each, then shape it to a round shape.
Now portion the dough into small balls. Roll them out and stuff the cheese balls into the dough.
Heat the cooking oil on low heat. When frying the cheese ball, the oil should not be too hot
Fry the cheese balls for about 3-5 minutes until nice and golden.
After the cheese ball is cooked, rest it on a cooling rack to remove excess oil.
Add the cheese seasoning and garlic powder.
Serve hot with any sauce and enjoy!
