Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including delivery schedules and routes.
- Monitor the performance of delivery personnel and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery operations promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and customer feedback.
- Train and guide delivery staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines during logistics operations.
- Collaborate with the CSCO (Chief Supply Chain Officer) to improve delivery processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: 0–1 year in logistics or a similar role (specific experience in the milk industry is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills to handle delivery challenges.
- Basic knowledge of route planning and logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Languages: English, Tamil – Read/Write/Speak.
