Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel and other teams to optimize routes and schedules.
- Monitor delivery performance and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving delivery-related complaints and queries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and customer feedback.
- Train and guide new delivery staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines during deliveries.
- Collaborate with the CSCO (Chief Supply Chain Officer) to improve delivery processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: 0–1 year in delivery or logistics (specific experience in the milk industry is a plus)
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills to handle delivery challenges.
- Basic knowledge of route planning and logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
