Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and manage schedules for delivery agents, ensuring timely deliveries and adequate coverage.
- Delivery Route planning & optimizing.
- Maintain a clean and organized Delivery Hub, promptly addressing issues to provide a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a relevant field
- Strong team management and leadership skills
