There, it’s tested again for purity, chilled below 4°C using a plate heat exchanger, and then stored in our Bulk Milk Chiller(BMC) at the same temperature to lock in freshness. That temperature is carefully maintained throughout. From milk bottling in sterilised glass bottles to final cold-chain delivery. Each bottle is sealed, packed, and placed in crates that rest in a chilled storage room before being transported in air-conditioned vehicles with thermal bags.
