We’re looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to manage HR programs. From recruiting and onboarding to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working along with our employees to faster a good working environment and make sure the company’s mission and goals are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and compensation process.
- Design policies to faster a good & professional environment.
- Check on workplace compliances & be up to date with regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends.
Requirements:
- 1 or more years of experience working as an HR manager or in a similar position preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a Master’s is a plus.
- Great communication skills to work with a wide range of employees.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategies designed to improve employee morale
- Good understanding of local and federal laws and HR best practices
