You are expected to provide information and guidance to customers. You resolve customer issues, communicate the issue to the relevant department, maintain records and contribute to teamwork. Salary: 1.4L to 2L per annum

Requirement:

• You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any field
• Freshers are WELCOME!
• You have an understanding of computers and MS Office
• You can communicate in both Tamil and English
• Basic knowledge of handling CRM and chat tools
